The team are also here to help with lost property, gift cards purchases, and our other services. They are also have great knowledge of the city centre and surrounding areas to help you with any questions you might have.
If you’d like to speak to our centre management team, the Management Office is located on Level 1 of the centre – signposted from the customer lifts.
We are always working to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers and your feedback is important to us. If you have any feedback to offer us please pop by the information desk on the upper mall.

We think this is the perfect present for any occasion – a gift card that the recipient can spend in over 40 retailers at Bon Accord, along with many other city centre businesses! You can buy cards at our Information Desk on the lower mall, Bon Accord, and the team will also help with any balance enquiries.
We have car parking available in our Harriet Street and Loch Street car parks – and you can have your car cleaned while you shop.
It’s important to us that a visit to Bon Accord is as smooth as possible. Wheelchairs can be requested from either the car park or our Information desk at no cost.

If you’ve lost something in the centre, we’ll do what we can to return it to you. Contact our Information Desk on the lower mall, speak to one of our members of staff, or call us on 01224 647470. We’ll take your details and, if your item is found, we’ll return it to you.
Any lost property we find in the centre is kept here for one month.
Easily pick up or return parcels at the InPost Lockers on our upper mall. Find them at the top of the escalators between Next and New Look.
There are baby changing rooms located on both the upper and lower mall.
For those with buggies or prams, there are customer lifts from each car park to the mall. There is also a lift directly into Next from Loch Street car park.
There are parent and child spaces in both Harriet and Loch street car parks.
If you are separated while shopping with your children please report this immediately to a member of the Bon Accord Team.
