Do you have a query about the car park, or would you like to give us some feedback? Our Information Hub is on the lower mall of the centre, opposite Costa Coffee. Our team is knowledgeable about the centre and surrounding areas and always happy to help.
The information team are also there to help with purchases of Aberdeen City Gift Cards, request a wheelchair, lost property and any other general enquiries.
