Wheelchair Availability

Wheelchairs are available to borrow and use within the centre at no cost for customers.

To request a wheelchair please report to our information desk and provide a form of ID as deposit.

This service cannot be pre-booked, and availability is subject to demand.

Quiet Hour

Every Sunday from 4-5pm mall music will be turned off to facilitate a Quiet Shopping Hour to support our customers with sensory issues and other conditions.

We encourage individual stores to participate but this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact stores directly if you’d like to know if they take part.

Guide Dogs

Guide or assistance dogs are welcome.

Accessible Toilets

There are accessible toilets located on the lower mall behind Costa and on the upper mall next to Boots. For directions speak to any member of the Bon Accord Team.

Accessible Parking

There are more than 40 accessible parking bays located around Harriet Street and Loch Street car parks. Please note that our standard charges apply.
